This Privacy Policy describes how Caffrey Tech LLC ("Caffrey Tech," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Caffrey Tech website located at caffreytech.com (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
The Site is a static informational website. We do not operate any servers that process personal data, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information directly through the Site. Specifically:
- There are no account registrations or login systems on this Site.
- There are no contact forms or newsletter sign-ups on this Site.
- We do not use first-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts.
- We do not set any cookies of our own.
2. Third-Party Services
To deliver fonts and front-end libraries, the Site loads resources from the following third-party content delivery networks. 3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Caffrey Tech does not place any cookies on your device through this Site. Third-party providers listed above may set their own cookies or use other tracking technologies subject to their own policies.
4. Hosting & Log Data
This Site is hosted by Hostinger. As part of normal server operations, Hostinger may automatically collect standard server log data when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. This data is processed by Hostinger for operational purposes (e.g., security, uptime monitoring) and is governed by the Hostinger Privacy Policy. Caffrey Tech does not use this log data to identify individual users.
5. Everward — Our Forthcoming App
Caffrey Tech is currently developing Everward, a habit-tracking mobile application. Everward is not yet available to the public. When it launches, it will be governed by a separate, dedicated privacy policy that fully describes how user data is collected and handled within the app. This Site's privacy policy does not cover the Everward application.
6. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly address it.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because this Site does not collect personal information as described in Section 1, there is no personal information about you for us to disclose, delete, or opt you out of selling.
